จากด่านเก็บเงิน สามารถขับรถเข้าไปได้ ซึ่งจะต้องขับเข้าไปอีกสี่กิโลเมตรโดยจะเป็นทางลูกรังสองกิโลเมตร กว่าจะมาถึงด่านเก็บตั๋วซึ่งต่อจากนี้ไปต้องเดินเท้าต่อไปอีก 50 เมตรก็จะเจอป้ายน้ำตกป่าละอู

Hua Hin Brewing Company — Hua Hin’s only western nightclub (combined with a restaurant) is located next to the Hilton. If you are looking for cheap drinks, this might not be your first choice. However, if you can afford drinks that are a bit dearer than at other venues and if you are a keen listener to the latest music hits, then Hua Hin Brewing Company will not disappoint you. Here you can move to music mixed by local DJs or performed by decent live bands. The venue tends to get very crowded during weekends in high season. There is normally no entrance fee before 11 pm but if you come later than that there is sometimes a fee of 120 baht or more. However, in addition to access to the club, you also get a drink or a beer for this money. If you wish to dance during your stay in Hua Hin, the Hilton nightclub is the definite choice.

Among Thais that wish to party in Hua Hin, Hin Nam Sai Suay has become the trendiest place to go. This can seem a bit strange since the nightclub is located six kilometres from the city centre, at Soi 5 near the airport. Apart from a nightclub, the complex accommodates a number of smaller condo units. During the weekends, the area around Hin Nam Sai Suay tends to be crowded by cars and motorcycles. On nights when famous live bands visit the club, the not too spacious premises get extremely packed.

Star Planet is located on the ground floor of City Beach Hotel, in the very heart of of Hua Hin. You will here find another typical Thai nightclub with a bar, a scene and a large number of small tables. On the second floor of the nightclub there are a number of karaoke rooms (such rooms are extremely popular in Thailand). Most of the songs are in Thai. According to our understanding, Star Planet has become a bit less popular since Hin Nam Sai Suay made a name of itself.

Located just next to the Grand Market, Stepz is probably the first choice for local teenagers when it comes to hanging out. As at many other places in Thailand where music is played, the sound level of the music is deafening. Ear plugs of the highest quality might be your best friend if you want to try a night at Stepz. In line with the rest of the clubs in Hua Hin, Stepz closes around 2 am.

Market Village is located on the main Petchkassem Road, south of central Hua Hin past Grand Plaza heading south towards Khao Takiab. Market Village is about 5 minutes from centrums of Hua Hin by tuk-tuk or taxi or 2-3 minutes from Hilton Hotels.

The top floor is the main entertainment floor. It's divided into four main sections:

• The Arcade halls - These halls have lots of arcade games including a stepping stage, House of the Dead etc
• The Cinema - A few movies are shown in English with Thai subtitles, but moast are dubbed
• The Bowling alley - Offers bowling on a limited numbers of courses
• The Main hall with shops - Some Coffeshops and clothstores can be found, but not much  

 Some Thai youths and tourists are able to spend their whole day here. It is easy to understand why! 

Hua Hin Market Village includes everything you find in a big shopping mall back home for example Tesco Lotus, Home Pro, Major Cineplex

 There are also a lot of small shops and international restaurants (Pizza Company, KFC, Swensson m.fl). A lot of big cloth brands have also stores here. For exsampel Lee, Wrangler, Adidas and Lacoste. This is like going back home in the first class shopping mall you find there, if not better. The prices is anyway better. PS! The restrooms are free of charge and is kept nice and clean.

The Hua Hin zoo is really more of an animal park. It is a government research center for animal breeding, but is open to the public. Admission is free. The Hua Hin zoo is located several kilometers north of Huahin. If you are coming from Huahin, head north on Petchakasem Road. Turn left on Soi HuaySai. Soi HuaySai is just after the 220 km marker. Follow Soi HuaySai for 4 kilometers and the Hua Hin zoo is on the left. Turn left into the animal park and follow the signs to the parking area.

The entrance to the Hua Hin zoo is located adjacent to the parking area. There are not an gate attendants, so just walk in and have a look around. There are several large fenced in area for deer and birds. The highlight of a trip to the Hua Hin zoo are the gibbon islands. The research center has several gibbons and they are normally very playful. It is very entertaining to watch them interact and swing around their islands.

The Hua Hin zoo is not a must see attraction. It is not part of the normal tour circuit, but most taxi drivers will know where it is located. The information posted on each of the animal cages is only in Thai language, except that the names are in English. But, it is a nice exhibit and younger children will probably enjoy seeing the birds and animals. The Hua hin zoo covers a small area which makes it a nice place for small children to walk around without the need for a stroller.

Weekends are the busiest times for Hua Hin zoo. During the week, there are very few visitors. Take your own snacks and drinks. There are not any shops to purchase food and drink or other accessories.

Animals you can expect to work with at the centre include a variety of macaques, two species of gibbon, several species of civets, loris, leopard cats, tigers, bears, crocodiles, and exotic birds. The center tries to provide these animals with enclosures as close to nature as possible or, where possible, reintroduction to the wild.

Depending on the duration of your stay, your education and experience, you may participate in the following activities:

• Preparing and giving out food to all animals
• Maintaining enclosures and building enrichments
• Daily cleaning of enclosures

The aim of the project is to save wild animals and their habitat from destruction. Their strategy towards achieving this aim involves three complementary tasks:

• Through the education program, encourage local people, tourists and the international community to appreciate, understand and protect wild animals and their rainforest habitat;
• Assist in and develop new projects involved in the protection, education, captive breeding, rehabilitation, humane housing and welfare of all wild animals;
• To rehabilitate captive wild animals and release them back into the wild, repopulating forest areas, where they have become rare to extinct.

The Wat Huay Mongkol Temple, also known as the Huay Mongkol Temple, is situated about ten kilometres south of Hua Hin in the village of Tub Tai, Thailand. The temple is a sacred sanctuary to one of Thailand’s prestigious monks Luang Pu Thuat. The picturesque temple boasts a serene ambience ideal for devotion and worship.

One of Wat Huay Mongkol Temple’s foremost attractions is the biggest statue perched atop a pavilion just outside the monastery. The statue is said to be crafted in the image of the monk Luang Pu Thuat. This gigantic statue is reachable by mounting a fleet of stairs and leaves a distinct impression on most sight-seers.

Another attraction at this sanctuary is the two black wooden elephants sitting at the foundation of the stairwell that stretches to the statue. At the top of the stairway the pavilion is decorated with ribbons of all colours and flowers.

Sangiovese and Tempranillo.  The harvest is taken between February and March.  At an elevation of 140 to 210 meters above sea level, the weather feels cool and dry.
